I’m torn on this. On one hand the cosmo is my favorite resort on the strip, those terrace rooms can’t be bear. But on the other hand I get better co.ps from m-life. All I can hope is they don’t mess it up to much.

Having just recently stayed at the Jockey Club through a timeshare exchange, I wonder how this might change the relationship between the two properties. The Cosmo has some special relationships with JC: there’s a whole floor of parking for the JC, they can use a Cosmo pool, and there’s an elevator (not well marked) between the two. Will MGM preserve those?

The top brass at MGM know it all and will for sure apply their knowledge to the Cosmo. All their changes will do is cost more to generate less and they can then celebrate how smart they are as numbers slide. They can then blame that on low hold on the slot and tables.

Sad to see Cosmo, a truly special property, go to MGM (or Caesars). I am not sure how LV survives long term with the younger generations because other than clubs and pools what will the draw be.

MGM as already stated is BLAND and their players club offers no incentive to dedicate yourself to them as a company.
